Thanks Be To God
Webster's definition of thanksgiving: act of giving thanks, a prayer expressing gratitude, a public acknowledgement or celebration of Divine goodness.
Throughout the whole Bible
there are many verses encouraging us to give thanks to God. And here
are a few:
Psalm 92:1 Psalm 95:1-3 Psalm 107:21-22
Philippians 4:6 1 Thessalonians 5:18
Be sure to thank God everyday for all that he did, is doing, and will do in
your life.
Lets look at a few reasons for giving thanks to God in the Bible.

There are so many reasons to give thanks to God and we usually tend to take a lot of things for granted like life, air, water, food, and sometimes even salvation. But lets try to thank God for not only His "big" blessings but also the "little" things of everyday life. I find from my own experience that if I take time to really think about how much God has done for me, my love for God grows and my heart fills with His presence.
We should share with others the goodness that our Lord has showered on us.
