Which avatar and sig should I go with?

Well, I'm back to playing mass effect (this time for the pc) and I'm in love with the game, again. So I took two mass effect pictures and sized/cut off a piece of the pictures to a sig and avatar size. Problem is I can't decide which to pick. So I'd like to know which one you guys recommend me to use.

The first has the more avatar/sig feel to it. Other two just look like cropped screenshots.
