When a Hopeful has been denied, his application is no longer valid. Decision about denial can be made if the Hopeful in question misbehaves badly, including long periods of uninformed inactivity.
Denied Hopefuls can apply to rejoin after a certain time has passed. Contact a member of the Recruiting team for more information.
