The good folks at Bioware have decided it would be amusing to repeatedly ask me for a One-time Password without actually sending me the e-mail containing said password 

Anyway, I probably won't be very active until they sort this out, because I really don't want to call their customer services every day just to get the password

We've been through this before haven't we? The best way to stop this is to download the security key for smartphone

I don't have a smartphone, and currently the physical key is only available in US and Canada

I've changed the e-mail address that's associated with TOR and it seems to be receiving the passwords now, so that's good

Still not sure why they decided that they no longer liked my old address, especially as all other e-mails from them got through no problem
