Intro:

10,000 years ago a force sensitive from the nobles called The Le Snows left Taris with his would be master Jorandiss Krill to train as a jedi. The force sensitive, was called Maurus Le Snow, the force was extremely strong within him, as a jedi he mercilessly struck down a sith lord with so much anger in him that he was plunged into the dark side. After killing millions of jedi, he faced off with his old master Jorandiss Krill, and repented. But at the same moment he was stabbed in the back by his sith apprentice. His dying words were, "There will only be a second of the nobles, and he will amend my mistakes and bring down the dark side to its knees...."

For years the Le Snows were watched for any force sensitives, but found none. Later Taris had been blown up, so all hope had been lost. But at 268 ABY the last remaining Le Snows had a second son, whom they called Dawl. The descendant of Jorandiss Krill had sensed it since his ancestor had a bond with Maurus Le Snow. So he went to Kashyyk to investigate. And made a drastic mistake, there were two force sensitives, Horus and Dawl. Horus was adopted as a child and was made oldest, but the parents did not want to mention it in front of the jedi because they did not know of Maurus or his last words, so they were more than happy to take him as a son.

Twelve years later Horus had been killed at 21 by a fellow jedi knight . Leading the jedi to ponder if Horus was really the one Maurus had spoke of. So he returned to the family and met a twelve year old Dawl, he took a midi-chlorian test for Dawl and it showed that he was strong in the force when twelve years ago the test proved he was closer to non force sensitive than Horus. Bewildered, the jedi decided to take Dawl to the Jedi Order to see if they would accept the last force sensitive Le Snow....

Chapter 1, The truth:                                                 (Dawl: Late teens)

After being a student at the Jedi Order, he began to question if there was more to the Le Snows than just a simple family on kasshyk. He remembered another student called Melissa Krill talk about someone called Maurus Le Snow with her friends and comparing him to Dawl. So he sought out Melissa and spoke to her....

"Melissa, do you know anything of my family?"

"Yes, Dawl, I do...."

"Why didnt you tell me? What made it so secret"

"My grandfather said you werent ready"

"I want to know, why are you hiding my right?"

"Fine, meet me at the gardens in three hours"

"Done"

Dawl didnt want to do anything but hear the truth about his family, so he waited at the benches for three hours thinking of why it was so secret.  Finally Melissa arrived, she held an old beat up datapad and walked towards the benches.

"Here, Dawl, this was your ancestor's datapad, he left a map to the temple where he was buried. There are three books in his coffin, one of your heritage, one to guide you through the trials, and the last book was written by my ancestor, Jorandiss Krill, about your ancestor's last words."

"Last words? Trials? Who was my ancestor?"

"Maurus Le Snow, he was also known as Darth Le Snow"

"Wh-"

"I will say no more, Dawl, if you truly want to know about your family then travel to the temple"

Confused and feeling ignored, Dawl had asked the council to leave and they declined. Angry and infuriated he stole a ship and flew off the hangar before Melissa and the council could stop him. Following the map on the data pad, he flew Dantooine, as he went off to find the cave where the temple was in he bumped into his old best friend Lauren.

"Dawl? Dawl Le Snow?"
(slowly turning around)
"Yes?"

"Its me, Lauren"

"No way! Lauren? Oh Lauren I missed you so much!"

"I thought you died, I cried for weeks"
(With a tear in Dawl's eye)
"Im so glad to see you, what are you doing on Dantooine?

"Huh? Oh, Im training on piloting, Dantooine is a great place since its so peaceful"

"Ah, I have to go now, see you later today?"

"Sure"

Walking away, he felt happy and looked forward to meeting her. He kept walking for what felt for hours until he felt a strong essence in the force right under him. So he took out his lightsaber and tried cutting a hole in the ground, and it worked. Dawl started falling for about twelve seconds or more then hit the ground. You may have thought he probably died by now, but thats what you get from a jedi, they just keep coming back up. Getting up from a fall that may have killed a bull rancor, the only damages he had was a broken leg that he could heal instantly. Looking up in front of him he found the coffin, a black, mettalic coffin with a scanner that represented a hand and inscribed under it..

"Only the Krills and the Second of the nobles will be able to open this coffin, for whoever else dares to open will face a very painful torture. There are more painful things than death..."

Feeling slightly intimidated, he stepped back thinking that this would be wrong. But his lust for the kowledge had beat him. Sticking his hand on the scanner the coffin's top slowly opened releasing some smoke. As Melissa had mentioned the books were there ontop of Maurus' skeleton. The first book had a faint writing that made out "Heritage", he took it and sat down and started reading it.

It took him a month and a half to finish reading the first book, the jedi council had thought he died but Dawl was live and happy with his new lover Lauren. After he read the first book, a note was in the back that said.

"The Second, if you have finished reading your heritage you must face the trials to obtain the hologram that contains a recording of your father's lightsaber style. You must learn it, and you must listen to every thing he says."

Looking in the coffin again for the second book, after much hassle he found it, surprised that it was about only thirty pages. He looked through it and it seemed to be a guide through the temple all the way to the bottom where the hologram was. The first trial was the easiest of them all, it required that he pass a three mile gap without jumping, the first thing he thought of was wall running and constant jumping. Being as the best idea there was since there wasnt any means of crossing the gap. It worked for a while but he became exhausted and slipped. Thinking as fast as he could he ignited his saber and thrusted it into the wall. Hanging onto it for dear life he didnt know what to do and time was running out, the saber was cutting through the wall and he was sliding to his doom.

He pulled himself up and jumped off the saber hilt and then called it to his hand then thrust it into the wall again. Giving himself time to rest a while until he had to run the rest of the wall. A while later he was at the end of the gap gasping for breath and fell asleep where he lay. Waking up at the same spot to find out that he lost his book, panicing, he tried looking for it for hours, but alas, it wasnt found. Deciding to get up and do this himself, he walked down a narrow hallway into an empty room.

The doors sealed him in right at the moment he stepped into the circular room. There was a box that seemed to contain the hologram, but right after he touched it the box burst open in a dark fog. And a deep whisper filled the room.

"Dawl........."

"Wh-Who is there?"

"Oh, nobody, just your DOOM!!!!"

A red saber had ignited and missed Dawl's arm by inches. Seeing the voice as a threat he ignited his saber aswell.

Sparks and saber sounds filled the fog until the voice and Dawl hit a deadlock.

"Who are you?!!!"

"I am you, Dawl...."

"What?!"

"I am your anger, your love, your hate, I am your dark side"

"This is ridiculous!!"

"Oh but its not, foolish little Dawl, embrace the dark side, Dawl..... it will save you from all the lies of the jedi!!!!"

"NEVER!!! I WILL NEVER BETRAY MY OATH YOU BASTARD!!!!"

With those words Dawl's saber had passed the Dark Dawl's deadlock and slashed him in half. Suddenly the fog had dissapeared and a sickly wink on the dead corpse laying before Dawl. Dawl staring at the corpse blinked and the corpse wasnt there and the doors open. Cursing under his breath as he walked towards the exit, he found stairs that seemed endless to him.

As he reached the end he found the last room, also a circular room but with a rock and flora filling it. On the rock it was written...

"For you to pass your final test, the second, you must find my hologram in this room, use any method you prefer.."

He decided to use the force as guidance and meditated on the rock for two days. After the second day he felt a wave below him, getting up from meditation he ripped off the rock to find the hologram. At last! He turned it on to see what would happen.

"Hello, Second, congratulations on passing the trials, you are truly the lost force sensitive, now you must learn my style of saber combat. Why you ask? It may seem as a good enough reason to learn you ancestor's way of fighting. Since my style hasnt been used in thousands of years, your attacks will be unpredictable"

Eight months later he completed his training and read the last book, and he realised that he was no normal jedi, he realised that he had to avoid his ancestor's mistake and forever devote himself to serve the galaxy.

"Lauren, I have to go..."

"What? why?"

"To finish my jedi training..."

"Will you come back?"

"I dont know, but I have to finish my training to complete my oath"

"But-"

"No, Lauren, this is my purpose... and I must fulfill it."

He came back to the council and was accepted back in, he never mentioned Lauren to anyone and he visited her from time to time. In the end, he understood what he must do and resist the dark side, and he became what he always wanted to be, a real Jedi.
