Narretas Skylek
Narretas Skylek was born in DTC 38 on ship the Neverrest in Outer Space. His mother and father were merchants on the Neverrest and made enough money to make a living, mostly selling very rare artifacts to people on planets. The thing is; when you're able to make all kinds of art with your hands, it would be a shame not to use that trait wouldn't it? Narretas' dad thought so, and the fake-but-very-rare artifacts sold.
While dad and mom were running the shop, Narretas could do whatever he wanted. He quickly learned when to speak, and when to listen. Especially when it comes to making deals. All the hours that Narretas could roam freely, slowly transformed into a tight schedule. He filled his hours with talking, listening, and earning money with it. Somebody owes you money? You go to Narretas. He knows the guy you're talking about, and he knows the guy hits his wife. Narretas gives him a call, and a few minutes later the money you owed is presented to you on a silver plate. Obviously, it was Narretas' duty to take the silver plate, and a reasonable tip.
Narretas would soon be bored with the games he played, and wanted more. He bought himself a ship from the money he had earned over the years, and waved goodbye to his parents. Well, bought. Some people would prefer to express themselves differently when telling the story of his ship, but never when Narretas is just a few galaxies away.
Narretas quickly found his way to the Galaxy's core; he arrived at Coruscant just after the battle of Bothawui. He met a few Jedi and got in contact with the Jedi Order. The Order quickly learned about Narretas' skills and were very pleased to have him operating in the dark. Narretas could not disagree with the Order; the money was good.
Years pas and Narretas and the Order have gotten to trust eachother. Spending a lot of time in the Jedi Halls Narretas has learned to respect the Order and the Jedi. When the Order had no more jobs left for him, and no more money, Narretas decided to stick around anyway. His loyalty lies with the Order. But, ofcourse, when you ask him why he's still with the Order... He tells you this story about his ship's engine and it being old. Not suited for hyperspace travel. Engines are so expensive these days...
