Topic: If you made the next update.....

Greetings. Recently, Update 1.3 was brought into the game, as well as the brand new planet of Makeb. (Can't wait to see that one!)

I like to hear your ideas and thoughts, so I was wondering what you would do if you were given the task of making the next update. If I made the next update, I would probably give the players a feature which allows the players to create their own mission for their class story. The entire story would not be chosen by them, but the player can create a class mission of their own, suitable for the level they are. Its complicated but it would be cool.

So, post your ideas of what you would do if you made the next update below. I look forwood to hearing from you.

I hate to say this but the new planet was not implemented in this patch, so we need to wait longer to see it.

• I'd incorporate lightsaber forms into the Consular class.
• Ensure that all Jedi/Sith classes could use a standard lightsaber on top of their specialised weapon and that all skills would work with either. The difference would then be in the traits of the weapon combined with the chosen form.
• I'd redesign most of the Jedi armour in the game.
• I'd add a full on free form space expansion.
• Allow each character to have their own surname while still being part of a greater legacy.
• Introduce the ability to toggle hoods on and off.
• Add a greater selection of lightsaber hilts.
• Apply datacron and codex data across all characters.

here is what i would do

• Abilities are now free form select not linear tree (force and non force users) like Kotor
• Player Created Quests (like in STO if anyone plays it) a player can create a quest in too take place in an instance zone (or several) and offer it to other players (and put rewards)
• Races have more effects than useless social ability
• Cross Faction Communication
• Republic npc mobs near republic bases and Imperial near Imperial ones (now both factions can meet and makes a lot more sense)
• Real 3d Space and grouping in space
• queuing as grp for WZ generates social points
• ability to have a holoconfrence with other player without quests just to have a face to face conversation
• lightsaber stances for consular / sorcerer
• More Races !!! especially more Alien races not just humanoids
• Classes are unique ! not equal in abilities (its like all classes have decent stun , etc... no real roles)
• Special rewards (or wz commendations ) for open world pvp participation
• More emotes and more animation for the ones that exist
• More SW appropriate  armour design
• Ability to modify certain aspects of your toon's appearance after creation (hair style , age and such )
