WoW's subliminal messaging
« on: May 20, 2008, 03:15 AM »

Send it to as many people as you can, who know about/play WoW. Then it'll spread. (if you actually believe I didn't fake it)

I assure you as Alpha Jhen, it's real.  ;)

Wow ( as in Woah!), if this is real WoW commits a crime.

By the way, I hear Mallawah or something like that... They could also mean ''Give us all your manaaaa'' lol

I don't hold accidents or coincidences in high regard anymore, so this is why I've jumped the  gun in this situation. :P

Just think of the situation, when it is, what it says, how it says it, all of that..

Obviously it's not working anyway because the guy in the vid was recording on a private server, haha.

I don't think it was intentional, even so MMOs don't need subliminal fiddle-farting to be addictive.

But to add fuel to the fire, I'm sure I could hear 'Don't go buying Mario' in there, haha.

Oh, lol. Sorry, didn't know, I looked at the profile and thought it was someone else. It's very well put together and I'm surprised the syncing is quite good for youtube. Tasty stuff.

I do disagree though, I don't really have a problem with it being real as the evidence is right there, but I don't think it was intentional. I also think the message is too vague to be doing any brainwashing.

On the other hand I could be completely wrong and you could be onto something, haha. Either way it's an interesting find. Try playing it backwards.

Have you posted this on the Blizzard boards yet? This could spark up quite some discussion within the WoW community. While I don't think it's been messing with our heads and I don't believe it was intentional, the possibility is still therethat Blizzard did in fact put it in there just incase subliminal messaging works.

Suddenly I don't feel like going to buy Mario.
