When are new races available!?

I know they said they would look into adding new races, and its not as important as getting the game bug free and the right content ect ect blah blah.

But seriously. Where are the Nautolans and Togruta!? In fact. There are plenty of Star Wars races I want to be implemented in game! Those are the main too though ;) I always feel these Star Wars games overlook some of the most unique and interesting races available in the Star Wars expanded universe!

Anyway.

They picked races that were all very human-like for animation purposes i believe, although i agree, its weird that there aren't Nautolians available to play, particularly as there are Nautolian NPCs.

I guess - easier to animate once they already had the human skin model. However. They are aliens. They aren't supposed to look too human!  :P But they made the Togruta human like, and as you say, they already have the other races as characters/NPCs already in game. Just not player accessible. I suspect many would love to play a Rodian smuggler for example.

Personally, master kit Fisto is my inspiration. I'd love to be able to play a Jedi knight nautolian. But twi'lek was the 'closest' to it so decided to go that race.

Yeah nautolan and torguta would make sense, neither are too dissimilar in form to the twi'leks.

I always play human in games, Im very proud to be one I just cant play anything else :( :)

Rikochet why do you feel you can't play the other races? I can agree that I don't wish to play all of them, but surely more than one race is a must in any Legacy!  ;D

Hopefully they will release a couple new races in an expansion, that seems the most likely time that they will add any new ones.

Haha yeah I play cyborg too!!!!!!!!

I do like the ratataki as well, I might unlock that race and use it for a consular sometime!

You only just noticed Rikochet?! I have a total of 11 posts!!!!!!!!!!!! How could you not notice!? :p

Lol cyborg is probably the most human "alien" race you could pick haha! But yes, getting a race unlocked for all other classes and switching them up sounds like a lot of fun :) Can't wait to do that!

I have to admit, my sorcerer on Freedon Nadd is a sith pureblood. I had the amazing idea I would make a pureblood Consular and everybody would be jealous and think I am amazing. How foolish I was, what self-destructive thoughts of grandeur.

I could see the amusement at seeing confused Repunlic faces as your Sith Pureblood swaggers in to the Jedi Temple, but I was meaning entirely new races - not unlocking races for all classes. But your point still sits :)
