Hopeful
Before becoming members of the Jedi Order, newcomers start as Hopefuls. They will learn the very basics of the Jedi Order and get to know some of the members. In time, once deemed ready by the Recruiting team and the Council, they will be able to join as members.

Padawan
Every Jedi begins his or her journey as a Padawan. As such, a Jedi is shown the basics and taught what he or she needs to know to further their training. Each member starts as a Padawan and is encouraged to utilize their time there wisely. They are expected to attend classes created by older members. A Jedi will remain a Padawan until chosen by a Master-Trainer to become an Apprentice.
| Private
Every soldier begins as a Private. They will undergo basic training and also begin to learn the ways of the Order. They are expected to attend classes hosted by older members. A soldier will remain a Private until chosen by a Master-Trainer to become an Apprentice.

Padawan Learner
Once a Padawan has been chosen by a Jedi Knight or a Jedi Master to train individually, he or she is given the Title of Padawan Learner. As an apprentice, he or she begins to learn the advanced aspects of the Jedi way from their master.
| Private First Class
Once a Private has been chosen by a Knight, Lieutenant, Master or Colonel, they will start their individual training as Private First Class with their new Master. As an Apprentice the soldier will learn more advanced aspects of the ways of the Jedi Order.

Jedi
Once a Padawan Learner is felt to be ready for more challengeing duties and training, the Master-Trainer will request a set of trials, overseen by the Council. If the Council agrees, the Padawan Learner is now promoted to Jedi, wich allows more freedom while continuing to train under their Master.
| Sergeant
Once a Private First Class is felt ready for more challenging duties and training, the Master-Trainer will request a set of trials, over seen by the Council. If the Council agrees, the soldier is promoted to Sergeant, which allows more freedom while continuing to train under their Master.

Jedi Knight
Once the Jedi is deemed ready, he or she will undergo another set of ability and mind Trials. If the Jedi successfully passes these tests, he or she is given the Title of Jedi Knight. A Jedi Knight may then take on his or her own apprentice; or a Knight may choose to further their training on their own.
| Lieutenant
Once the Sergeant is deemed ready, he or she will undergo another set of ability and mind trials. If the soldier successfully passes these tests, he or she is given the title of Lieutenant. A Lieutenant, like Jedi Knight, may then take on their own apprentice. Alternatively a Lieutenant may choose to further their training on their own.

Jedi Master
Once a Jedi Knight has mastered all aspects of the Jedi way, including the Code, the Force, Saber techniques and many others, and has demonstrated such mastery, he or she may be honored with the Jedi Master Title. To be a Jedi Master is to have the most serious commitment to the Jedi Order and to the ways of the Jedi.
| Colonel
Once a Lieutenant has mastered the ways soldiers operate in the Order, including the Jedi Way, and has demonstrated exceptional quality, he or she may be honored to be promoted to the rank of Colonel. Colonels, like Jedi Masters have the most serious commitment to the Jedi Order and to the ways of the Jedi.

Member of the Lower Council
Lower Council together with the Grand Council leads the Jedi Order. Lower Council deals with things from the every day life.

Master or General of the Grand Council
Once a Jedi Master or Colonel has demonstrated more than plain commitment to the Order, he or she may be requested, if the current Grand Council has unanimously agreed, to take seat in the Council. To be a Jedi Master or General of the Council is to have an almost impossible devotion and respect towards others, and the Order.
