...Knight Elod was standing.
"Oh, here you're," said Elod. "I've been looking for you all around."
"Me?" said Tomius.
"Yes, you. You're late for your party."
Suddenly, the corridor was full of people, of smiling, happy faces, congratulating Knight Tomius with something that he couldn't understand... They were welcoming him, they were calling him with them. Friendly, familiar faces. Yet, somewhere distant... Where has he seen them? He couldn't remember so.
And then he understood. They were all the masters of the past. First he recognized master Arrius, who was smiling at him with his usual, a bit cracky smile. There was standing master Cosmo and master Menelaos. There were others, hundreds, thouthands... all bringing him away from his friend. Suddenly Tomius was scaried a bit.
"Hey, Elod, wait!" He called, trying to look back where his friend stood. "Where are we going?"
"Relax, Tomius. It's your day today," assured him Elod.
"What day?"
"The day of the Test. It won't hurt, because you're not a traitor, and then we will be together again, like in old times."
Tomius wanted to say something, but the crowd brought him away.
And nobody has seen the tear, which went down the suddenly older knight's face.
"It won't hurt. You're not a traitor." He whispered.
